1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering, or using Shehnayi.com ("Website"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with **SHEHNAYI MATRIMONIAL SERVICES LLP** ("Shehnayi", "we", "us", or "our"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India with Identification Number **AAN-5456**, and having its registered office at **P NO I-61, PANCHWATI COLONY, AIRPORT ROAD, BHOPAL, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462030, India**.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately terminate your registration and cease all use of our matrimonial services.

2. Eligibility Criteria

In compliance with Section 5 of the **Hindu Marriage Act, 1955** and other relevant personal laws in India, you warrant that you satisfy the legal age and capacity requirements:

• You must be of legal marriageable age (minimum **18 years** for brides/females, and minimum **21 years** for grooms/males).
• You must register with the intent of finding a matrimonial alliance (dating, casual hookups, and commercial solicitation are strictly prohibited).
• You must be legally competent to enter into a marriage contract under your applicable personal laws.

3. Code of Conduct & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (OTP codes) and for all activities that occur under your profile. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and verified personal, location, and family details.
• Refrain from posting obscene, defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing content.
• Respect the privacy and choices of other members. Harassment, stalking, or spamming will lead to immediate profile suspension.

4. Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy

Shehnayi operates under premium subscription upgrade tiers (e.g. Gold and Platinum plans).

Pricing Invariant: The quoted price is the exact charged price, everywhere, always.

All upgrade fees paid for premium memberships are final and **non-refundable**. Since digital benefits (including unmasked contact details and direct chat lounge initiations) are unlocked immediately upon payment confirmation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

While Shehnayi performs verification checks and implements fallback matching metrics, we do not verify the complete character, credibility, or financial status of the members.

Warning: Members are strongly advised to perform independent background verifications (family checks, references, occupation audits) before finalizing any matrimonial alliance. Shehnayi shall not be held liable for any misrepresentations, marital disputes, or fraud committed by members.

6. Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban your account if you violate any code of conduct or provide false registration credentials.

You can self-delete your account and delete your data entirely from our databases at any time using the "Delete Account" button within your Settings panel.

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in **Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India**.
